MELONSOUND kicks off the year 2012 with their second remix competition to provide you with the opportunity to remix the deep and soulful tracks “Babysteps” and “Rising 2.0” from the highly successful King Jackal feat. Domonique “Babysteps” EP, which was released during the summer of 2011.

To submit your remix please upload it on Soundcloud and share it to the Soundcloud Group:

To participate please follows these simple rules:

• Make sure to include your contact details in the track description in order for us to be able to get in touch with you.
• Please use the following format for the track title: King Jackal feat. Domonique – <ORIGINAL NAME>(<YOUR NAME> Remix).
• Do not make the track downloadable.

We will pick 3 winners ranked from 1 to 3 who will all have their remixes included on the official “Babysteps (Remix EP)” which will be released on Beatport, and the 1st place will have a chance to get a single signed for release on MELONSOUND.

The deadline for submitting your remix is the 1st of April 2012. All winners will be contacted directly at latest 10 days after the submission deadline.
